I prefer elephants in the wild, but let’s discuss the elephant in the room:

AI is a wonderful tool, but there are things it can’t do. In my writing, speaking, training and consulting work, I deliver - sometimes with help from AI - what AI can’t. I create uniquely conceptualised strategic links, connections, and perspectives that engage, inform, entertain, and inspire. I bring authenticity, emotionality, creativity. I break rules to attract, intrigue, enchant, and entice.

I grew up surrounded by wildlife and war in Zimbabwe (previously Rhodesia) in southern Africa. I’ve been a senior executive and director of both commercial and non-profit organisations. Through my career in marketing, advertising, and general management, I’ve worked with organisations massive and micro on four continents, including some of the world’s biggest businesses and brands, like Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Caterpillar, John Deere, ANZ Bank, P&O, Johnson & Johnson, Dubai Electricity and Water, and Tristar Global Logistics. Outside of my paying work, I’m currently on the board of a disability services non-profit organisation and a founding member and director of an environmental charity, TheBEATS.org (Biodiversity, Endangered, And Threatened Species).

These experiences have been crucial in informing my writing, speaking, training and consulting work.

Apart from wildlife, I have a passion for writing, entertaining, and helping people grow, develop, and lead meaningful, happy, fulfilling lives.
